Returns and exchanges

YES! We Accept Returns

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Sina King Shop will cover all postage costs in this situation. All items are thoroughly inspected for defects prior to shipping, and great care is taken to ensure items don't get damaged during transit, however we are not responsible for damage caused by natural elements (e.g. delivery address doesn't have suitable delivery box and rain damages parcel). You should contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel (within 3 days) if you believe there is an error and deem it necessary to return the item. Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason (eg. change of mind), you can return it to us for an exchange (same item but different colour or size) or a store credit only (can not be transferred or redeemed for cash) to be used within 21 days. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for wrong fit or change of mind. You must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your parcel if you would like to return it. Item/s must be received back into stock as new in original condition* within 14 business days of you contacting us. 

We are not responsible for returning items lost in transit. Please considering adding tracking or registering your return parcel.

All postage charges associated with returns to Sina King Shop is the responsibility of the customer, however postage of an exchanged item to you will be at no additional cost.  

*Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging 


Please note that discounted items (30% or more) cannot be returned as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked.


If you have an account (did not checkout as a guest):

You will need to take the following steps to submit a return request:

1. Log into the store, then go to Account.

2. Go to View Your Order History, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action optional
  • Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

After submitting the request, you will see the Return Instructions.

  • You must contact us within 3 business days for faults and 5 business days for any other return.
  • The return must be received by Sina King Shop within 14 business days.
  • Replacement products will only be shipped after the return item has been received and checked by Sina King Shop.
  • Please consider insuring any returning items as we will not be held responsible if they are lost in transit.
  • Unless the product is faulty or there has been an error on our behalf, we do not offer refunds, only an exchange or a store credit.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
