IMPORTANT SUMMARY

  • You must contact us within 3 business days for faults and 5 business days for any other return.
  • The return must be received by Sina King Shop within 14 business days.
  • Replacement products will only be shipped after the return item has been received and checked by Sina King Shop.
  • Please consider insuring any returning items as we will not be held responsible if they are lost in transit.
  • Unless the product is faulty or there has been an error on our behalf, we do not offer refunds, only an exchange or a store credit.

How Much Is Shipping To Other Countries?

This is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and Australia Post live rates.

How Will My Package Be Sent?

Within Australia we use a combination of postal and courier services to provide fast, reliable delivery. Outside Australia, we use Australia Post.

For Registered Mail: A signature will be obtained if someone is home, otherwise your package is left under AUTHORITY TO LEAVE, unless you have stated specifically on your order that signature is required and not to leave.

A street address is required for delivery. Couriers are not able to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers etc. We understand this is inconvenient for a minority of customers, but overall, using couriers allows us to deliver quicker, with more detailed tracking and helps us keep our prices low sitewide.

  • How Long Will It Take to Receive My Item?

Sina King Shop is proud to create unique and creative works. Our online store will only sell items that are currently available so we can post your order within 2-3 business days from confirmation of payment recieved.

YES! We Accept Returns

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit. Sina King Shop will cover all postage costs in this situation. All items are thoroughly inspected for defects prior to shipping, and great care is taken to ensure items don't get damaged during transit, however we are not responsible for damage caused by natural elements (e.g. delivery address doesn't have suitable delivery box and rain damages parcel). You should contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel (within 3 days) if you believe there is an error and deem it necessary to return the item. Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any other reason (eg. change of mind), you can return it to us for an exchange (same item but different colour or size) or a store credit only (can not be transferred or redeemed for cash) to be used within 21 days. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for wrong fit or change of mind. You must contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your parcel if you would like to return it. Item/s must be received back into stock as new in original condition* within 14 business days of you contacting us. 

We are not responsible for returning items lost in transit. Please considering adding tracking or registering your return parcel.

All postage charges associated with returns to Sina King Shop is the responsibility of the customer, however postage of an exchanged item to you will be at no additional cost.  

*Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS/FINAL SALE ITEMS

Please note that discounted items (30% or more) cannot be returned as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM

If you have an account (did not checkout as a guest):

You will need to take the following steps to submit a return request:

1. Log into the www.misssinaking.com store, then go to Account.

2. Go to View Your Order History, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action optional
  • Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.

After submitting the request, you will see the Return Instructions.
